Description du poste
ARHS Digital est à la recherche d'un Senior Test Analyst/Test Lead pour l'un de ses clients dans le domaine des assurances, concernant une application d'abonnement pour les produits d'assurance vie destinée aux courtiers en assurance et au département des ventes internes.
Rôle & Responsabilités
Définition de la scoping matrix - Définir clairement l'étendue des tests et des scénarios à couvrir dans le cadre du projet. Exécution des tests et recherche de cause - Mener l'exécution des tests de manière méthodique, identifier les causes des problèmes et les anomalies, et documenter les résultats. Collaboration transversale - Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les analystes, les développeurs et le business pour comprendre les exigences fonctionnelles et techniques du projet. Formalisation des défauts - Faire preuve de rigueur et de précision dans la formalisation des défauts identifiés lors des tests, en fournissant des informations détaillées pour faciliter leur résolution. Leadership - En tant que Team Lead, vous serez responsable de la supervision et de la direction de l'équipe de test, ce qui implique la gestion des membres de l'équipe, la répartition des tâches, et l'assurance que les objectifs de test sont atteints.Qualifications
Votre profil
Solide compréhension des technologies utilisées dans le projet, notamment Angular, Java et Mainframe (IBM), afin de mener des tests techniques approfondis. Certification ISTQB - Démontrant une expertise dans le domaine du test logiciel grâce à une certification ISTQB serait considéré comme un atout. Vous parlez couramment français. Des connaissances en néerlandais seraient considérées comme un atout supplémentaire. Connaissance de Rally (Broadcom) : Une connaissance préalable de l'outil Rally pour la gestion des tests serait considéré comme un avantage.Ce rôle de Senior Test Analyst/Test Lead implique une collaboration étroite avec les équipes techniques et métier, une excellente maîtrise du français, et une capacité à exécuter des tests de manière précise et méthodique.
