As a team, as one bank.Your responsibilities: Lead generation: identify, qualify, and develop leads through research, outreach, and follow-up, ensuring a continuous pipeline of prospective private banking clients. Networking: actively participate in networking events and other activities to build relationships and grow our presence within the high-net-worth community. Market research: conduct market research to identify emerging trends, understand clients needs, and find opportunities for growth. Client engagement: collaborate with Private Bankers, Marketing & Events team to develop outreach strategies, present solutions to prospects and facilitate client onboarding. Relationship management: support and coach Junior and Senior Private Bankers in maintaining relationships with key contacts. Reporting and analysis: track and report on key metrics related to lead generation, conversions, and outreach effectiveness. Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
