As the successful Technical Account Manager - Chemical - Water Treatment, you will have the following responsibilities: 🤝Client Relationship ManagementBuild and nurture long-term partnerships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention across the Hainaut and Namur regions. 📈 Sales Growth & Strategy: Identify new business opportunities, develop strategic plans, and drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling. 🧪 Technical Consultation: Provide expert advice on water treatment solutions, including chemical dosing, monitoring systems, and process optimization. 📝 Proposal Development: Prepare customized offers and technical-commercial proposals tailored to client needs and operational constraints. 🧭 Account Planning: Conduct regular account reviews, set performance targets, and align internal resources to meet client expectations. 🛠️ Issue Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting, coordinating with service and support teams to resolve challenges swiftly. 📊 Reporting & Analytics: Monitor client KPIs, analyze performance data, and present actionable insights to improve service delivery. 🧑‍🏫 Training & Education: Educate clients on product usage, safety protocols, and best practices to maximize value and compliance. 🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with supply chain, customer care, and technical teams to ensure seamless execution of services. 🦺 Safety & Compliance: Promote a culture of safety, report incidents, and ensure all activities comply with environmental and regulatory standards. As the successful Technical Account Manager - Chemical - Water Treatment, you will have the following requirements: Proven experience in commercial or key account management, preferably in the water treatment or chemical industry. At least a Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or Applied Sciences; a chemical background is essential. Ability to translate customer requirements into tailored solutions. Strong presentation and reporting skills. Confidence in engaging with senior-level contacts. Flexible, solution-oriented mindset with deep industry insight. Fluent in English and French is mandatory.
