We are looking for a highly motivated and analytical Strategy Manager to join our Leadership Development Programme for a manufacturing client. This strategic role is designed to accelerate the development of future leaders within the business. Initially, you will participate in a rotational programme, providing you with a deep understanding of the client's operations, including time spent on an international rotation. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of future leaders within the organization.

What's the Role?
We are searching for high-performing, multilingual, post-graduate talents to drive the company forward. Our Leadership Development Programme is a global management training initiative where you will take on real responsibility from day one.
Role Involvement:
The programme is designed as a two-year Global Management Development Traineeship, where you will quickly become involved in a variety of international projects with extensive exposure to senior management. The programme is fast-paced and challenging, but you will receive close coaching and mentorship. The programme is structured in four main stages:

• 12 months as an Account Manager in your home country (Belgium)

• 3 months working on an Operational Project in your home country (Brussels)

• 6 months on a Strategic Project in the regional headquarters (Paris)

• 3 months on an International Strategic Project in another region

80% of management roles are filled by internal candidates, offering significant potential for career growth.



Requirements

What You Need:

  • You hold working rights for Belgium
  • You possess a Master's degree (Economics, Business Administration, International Management, Engineering, Marketing, or Finance); an MBA is a plus
  • You are multilingual, fluent in English and either French or Dutch
  • You are curious, mature, assertive, and dedicated to learning
  • You are a flexible team player with excellent communication and social skills, and you inspire others
  • You are internationally mobile and open to diverse cultural experiences and the possibility of working abroad

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Business, Economics, Management, or a related field
  • 4+ years of strategy work experience
  • Ideally, you have a background in strategy, developed through consulting or an internal strategic role
  • An entrepreneurial mindset
  • Flexibility and willingness to take on different challenges in various roles
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of leadership development principles is a plus
  • Willingness to take on an international role with a placement abroad for 1 year
