Description de l'annoncePour l'un des plus importants employeurs bruxellois, Daoust Bruxelles recherche un HR Legal Advisor.Domaines clés de responsabilitéSuivi des propositions de rupture de contrat (examen, analyse, rédaction lettre, suivi administratif) Suivi des questions juridiques liées au droit du travail Conseiller la direction RH sur l’application du droit social /du travail en général Suivi des processus et notes internes Votre profilNous recherchons une personne avec un master en droit à orientation droit social / droit du travail avec une expérience de minimum 2 ans. Compétences Spécifiques à la fonction Très bonne connaissance de la législation sociale (droit du travail et sécurité sociale, principalement). Capacités rédactionnelles, pour divers documents (note, rapport, avis au personnel, étude, …). Connaissance de la suite Office et d’Outlook Idéalement, bilingue en néerlandais. À minima, une bonne compréhension et capacité de communication écrite néerlandais.
