Rôles & Responsabilités Analyse and document business needs, processes, and requirements Translate business needs into functional specifications or user stories Work closely with product owners, developers, testers, and operational stakeholders Support the design and implementation of business and IT solutions Facilitate workshops, interviews, and requirement-gathering sessions Assist in the testing and validation phases (UAT, regression testing) Ensure traceability and documentation throughout the project lifecycle Identify opportunities for process optimisation and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives Profil Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance sector (life or non-life) Solid understanding of insurance products Ability to gather and structure business requirements clearly and efficiently Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Experience with Agile or hybrid project environments Familiarity with business analysis tools (e.g., BPMN, UML, Jira, Confluence) Fluency in at least two of the following: Dutch, French, and English (written and spoken)
