Contributing to Thought Leadership & Internal Growth Becoming an expert in one or more areas (AI Strategy, Data Governance, AI for Finance, Data Marketing, etc.). Developing and delivering trainings for both internal teams and clients. Representing Effixis at industry events and contributing to thought leadership initiatives (articles, whitepapers, webinars, etc.). Supporting internal initiatives such as recruitment, knowledge management, and innovation. Who You Are 4+ years of experience in a consulting firm , with a focus on data, AI, or digital transformation . Strong business acumen , with the ability to link data and AI solutions to measurable business outcomes. Experience in managing teams , mentoring junior consultants, and fostering collaboration across disciplines. Ability to identify and develop business opportunities through client interactions. Passion for data and AI , with a continuous learning mindset. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills . Strong communication skills in French and English (Dutch is a plus).
