✔️ Payroll & Comp & Ben * Samenwerken met het sociaal secretariaat voor de maandelijkse loonverwerking * Behandelen van vragen rond tijdskrediet, simulaties, afwezigheden, enz. * Berekenen van voordelen zoals vakantiegeld, 13e maand, ecocheques * Tijdsregistratie opvolgen en ziekmeldingen correct verwerken✔️ HR-administratie * Beheer en actualisatie van personeelsdossiers en sociale documenten* Opstellen en verbeteren van interne HR-procedures✔️ Soft HR & samenwerking* Rapporteren van KPI's en adviseren van teamleaders over personeelsnoden * Actieve deelname aan interne HR-projecten en personeelsevents✅ Master in HR of personeelsmanagement ✅ 1-2 jaar ervaring met focus op payroll en personeelsadministratie ✅ Zeer goede kennis van arbeidsrecht en sociale wetgeving ✅ Discreet, zelfstandig, verantwoordelijk en mensgericht ✅ Vlot in Nederlands en Frans - Engels is een plus ✅ Sterk in communicatie en digitaal vaardig (Office Suite - kennis van Protime, Dots en Workday is een plus)💼 Een professionele en stabiele werkomgeving op een internationale locatie 📈 Ruimte voor eigen initiatief binnen een dynamisch HR-team 🕘 Voltijds contract met 13e maand, maaltijd- en ecocheques, 100% terugbetaling woon-werkverkeer en groepsverzekering 🌍 Werken in een organisatie waar veiligheid, kwaliteit en mens centraal staan
