Drever International S.A. is an engineering company, market leader in the design and construction of industrial furnaces used in the steel industry.
Our company is active globally and supplies a central part of the plant: the furnace, galvanizing furnace, annealing furnace, stainless steel furnace and more recently electric steel furnace.
Since 2006, we are part of SMS group GmbH.
You are responsible for the professional and disciplinary management, advice and guidance of employees in
the departments Commercial Order Handling, Project Governance, Finance and Administration and Human
Resources.
YOU ACT
In addition, you will take care of:
Integrative alignment of Commercial Order Handling, Project Governance, Finance and Administration and Human Resources Further optimization of processes by supporting the interfaces to and between the adjacent areas Monitoring of the project portfolio and responsibility for achieving the project portfolio targets Ensuring the application of PM guidelines and PM tools within the projects, manly based on group standard Responsibility of regular Cost Controlling for all projects Ensure compliance with internal and external financial regulations and standards Provide strategic recommendations to improve financial results Responsibility for Financial Reporting in accordance to the group standards Develop and implement HR strategies that support the overall business objectives Responsibility HR initiatives and actions Ensuring the permanent qualification and training of the employees in the department and groups Regular internal reporting in accordance to the group standards Organization and conducting of internal and external meetings Close cooperation with the functional heads of the groupYOU KNOW
You have a degree in Degree in business law, business administration or industrial engineering; important
