OmschrijvingAls stagiair zal je meehelpen aan de vernieuwing van de intranetten voor de medewerkers in de bankkantoren en de zetelgebouwen van Belfius Bank & Insurance. Door jouw ondersteuning gaan we voor een win-win, voor jou als stagiair en voor het Communication Channels team als stagebegeleider.De stage in een notendop Je werkt in een team van collega’s met verschillende communicatiespecialiteiten en jouw rol is: ons helpen bij de opbouw van de nieuwe intranetten. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het nakijken van de intranet-content en de opmaak van de pagina’s die automatisch overgezet zijn van de huidige SharePoint On Prem omgeving naar de nieuwe SharePoint Online omgeving. Je belangrijkste taak is te controleren en te valideren of deze content correct is overgezet: is alle informatie op de pagina aanwezig? Staan de stijlen correct? Liggen de linken correct? In het kader van die validatie staan ook contacten met de content owners op je agenda. Er is immers een continue wisselwerking tussen het Communication Channels team en de content owners in de verschillende afdelingen binnen Belfius die inhoudelijk verantwoordelijk zijn voor de intranet-content. Jij hoeft geen witte raaf te zijn Al kan je er bij ons wel één worden. Bij ons mag je volop je vleugels uitslaan indien je voldoet aan de volgende voorwaarden: Je bent op weg naar een diploma bachelor/master in een economische of financiële richting. Je hebt kennis van Microsoft Office en hebt een digitale mindset. Kennis van SharePoint of andere content management systemen om webpagina’s te bouwen is zeker een pluspunt, maar geen must. Bij ons krijg je de nodige opleidingen. Je bent klantgericht, je beschikt over goede communicatieskills en je bent een echte teamspeler. Je scoort extra met: Tweetaligheid (Nederlands/Frans).
