Then this is the new challenge that suits you For one of ourcustomers, we are looking for SENIOR ACCOUNTANT IN BRUSSELS.Why work with this company?- GLOBAL PRESENCE & INNOVATION: Be part of a multinational company committed to excellence.- MODERN WORKSPACE: Work in a dynamic environment, with multiple departments. - COLLABORATIVE FINANCE TEAM: Join a dedicated, dynamic and international finance team.- OPEN & AMBITIOUS CULTURE: Enjoy an international, open-minded, and analytical work culture that fosters growth and ambition.LOCATION: BrusselsSALARY: 4500 - 5000 EURADVANTAGES: - Hospitalization Insurance - Meal Vouchers- Company Laptop- Internet Reimbursement: Compensation for home internet use- Work Remote: 3 days- Flexible Working Hours- Company car Profil recherché : RESPONSIBILITIES- Ensure compliance with statutory laws, tax regulations, financial standards, and internal controls for the company and six holding entities.- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closings in Navision and Group reporting in Tagetik (IFRS).- Support balance sheet cleanup ahead of the JDE migration.- Prepare and submit required reports (VAT, Intrastat, Dutch National Bank, etc.).- Act as main contact for external auditors and ensure compliance with their requirements.- Partner with other departments, providing financial expertise and support.- Provide backup for team members when needed (e.g., Accounts Payable).- Optimize cash management (cash flow, factoring, netting, pooling) and prepare forecasts.- Contribute to the Benelux accounting transformation roadmap: Test and implement the new ERP system; Drive efficiency, improvements, and cost savings.PROFILE- 5-7 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE in accounting, finance, or taxation.- Strong knowledge of Dutch GAAP and IFRS.- Advanced IT skills; Navision or JDE experience preferred.- FLUENT IN DUTCH AND ENGLISH; French is a plus.- University degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting.- Proficient in Excel (advanced level).- Curious, eager to learn, and growth-oriented.- Results-driven, proactive, and detail-oriented.- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
