Als Call agent, zullen uw verantwoordelijkheden zijn:
- Beantwoorden van inkomende oproepen van klanten met bijstandsverzoeken (bijv. autopech, medische hulp of reisproblemen).
- Klanten helpen in zowel het Nederlands als Frans.
- Registreren en opvolgen van klantendossiers in ons systeem.
- Samenwerken met hulpdiensten en lokale partners om snelle en efficiënte oplossingen te bieden.
- Klanten geruststellen door duidelijke, empathische en professionele communicatie.
Als Call agent, heb je het volgende profiel:
- Je bent student en beschikbaar in juli, augustus en september.
- Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands en Frans.
- Je hebt ervaring in customer care of een andere klantgerichte functie.
- Je bent stressbestendig en blijft rustig in noodsituaties.
- Je bent flexibel en schakelt gemakkelijk tussen verschillende taken.
