Verantwoordelijkheden Leiding geven aan de medewerkers de uitvoering van de activiteiten. Zorg dragen voor de goede organisatie van het dagelijks werk om een vlotte productievoortgang te waarborgen. Toezicht houden op de kwaliteit van de grondstoffen en de gemaakte producten zodat ze beantwoorden aan de gestelde vereisten. Toezicht houden op de naleving van de bedrijfs- en veiligheidsvoorschriften, ook voor externe personen. Oplossen van problemen personeelsbezetting, machines, grondstoffen, productie. Deelnemen aan besprekingen, vergaderingen over bedrijfsinterne veiligheidszorg en jaarlijkse evaluatiegesprekken van medewerkers waarover men de leiding heeft. Opstellen en waken over de uitvoering van ontwikkelingsplannen. Naleven en opvolgen van de kwaliteitsregels die zijn vastgelegd binnen TBG zijnde GMP, hygiënische regels, HACCP. De week ploeg werkt in een 3-ploegen stelsel (week 1: 14u-22u, week 2: 6u-14u, week 3: 22u-6u) Profiel Master / Bachelor degree (electromechanica, biochemie, voedingsmiddelentechnologie,...) of gelijkwaardig door ervaring >3 jaar hands-on ervaring in de voedingsindustrie of aanverwante procesindustrieën zoals Chemie, Pharma Duidelijke leiderschapskwaliteiten met de mogelijkheid tot ontwikkelen, motiveren, empoweren en coachen van een groot team Duidelijke communicator, bekwaam om complexe boodschappen te leveren op een eenvoudige manier. Je bent een rolmodel, inspireert vertrouwen in en rondom jou, terwijl je een omgeving van achievement en recognition promoot Je hebt zin voor organisatie en planning, en bent stressbestendig Je identificeert je sterk met de bedrijfsvisie en bedrijfswaarden, en houdt van verantwoordelijkheid Je hecht belang aan correcte en tijdige rapportering en bent administratief onderlegd Je kan werken in Excel en bent bereid andere computertoepassingen snel aan te leren
