LE JOB  En tant que VIP ACCOUNT MANAGER, votre mission est : Offrir un service client personnalisé et de qualité Organiser des événements clients Développer des offres personnalisées grâce à une gestion optimisée du CRM  Analyser les performances à travers les KPI VOS COMPÉTENCES  Les compétences clés pour réussir dans ce rôle : Être parfait trilingue NL-FR-EN  Avoir déjà une expérience en service clientèle ou commerciale ou un diplôme supérieur  Intérêt pour le sport, le casino et le bookmaking Excellentes compétences en communication Avoir des capacités d’écoute, d’analyse et de résolutions de problèmes Nous recherchons un(e) candidat(e) doté(e) des qualités suivantes :  Être proactif, résistant au stress, méthodologique et ponctuel Être sociable, motivé et être animé par la soif d’apprendre  Être rigoureux et méthodique
