Marsh Belux is looking for a:
**Senior Client Advisor Construction M/F**:
**What you can expect**:

- Understand and analyze risks related to (international) construction projects to determine
- appropriate risk allocation and terms and conditions for coverage
- Advise clients with respect to risks related aspects of construction project
- Drafts essential comprehensive risk related project documents intended for clients, internal,
- insurers and tenders
- Negotiate and place construction related insurances (CAR, DSU, IDI, ) on the market.
- Coordinate with other departments
- Develop strong relationships with professional counterparts (clients, insurers, loss adjusters, )
- Assist Clients Executives with identifying new business opportunities and generating new
- accounts.
- Participate to tenders
- Identify opportunities to offer solutions to existing clients or prospects by evaluating applicant situations and analyzing insurance risk
- Monitor market, risks and products trends

Focus: Belgium and Luxembourg clients/prospects

**What you need to have**:

- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Analytical, logical, organized and decisive
- Strong affinity with constructions projects
- Strong organizational skills in prioritizing work, multi-tasking and consistently meeting deadlines
- Good customer service and negotiation skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in at least French, English and preferably also in Dutch.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively function in a team environment
