**What you can expect**:
As an experienced specialist within our FinPro department, you will provide our Belux clients with solutions related to financial and professional risks such as Directors & Officers Liabilities, Crime, Professional Indemnity, Kidnap & Ransom, Intellectual Property, Fiduciary Liability, etc.

In collaboration with Client Executives, you will prioritize the client's needs and provide proactive advice.

**We will count on you to**:

- Assess the client's risk factors.
- Clarify their expectations and requirements.
- Establish risk coverages and negotiate them.
- Ensure compliance with procedures.
- Obtain the best offer from insurers, negotiate the appropriate solution for the client, place the coverage, and liaise with our Claims Advisors.
- Stay informed about market and product trends.
- Advise clients on renewals, limit increases, and new contracts.

**What you need to have**:

- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Flexibility and organizational skills.
- Strong commercial sense and negotiation skills.
- Assertiveness, a customer-oriented mindset, and a team spirit.
- Experience in insurance - financial lines.
- Fluency in Dutch and English. (additional French is considered an advantage)
