In order to continue their mission to protect citizens, and to improve the service that our client offers to their own customers, they are looking for a Quality Advisor (M/F/x). This function is part of the Legal & Compliance department and reports directly to the Head of Legal & Compliance. The Legal & Compliance department is headed by the CEO and consists of 4 members. **Description** The Quality Insurance Advisor: - Follows up on complaints or returns after denial of coverage and communicates with the Insurance Ombudsman; - carries out preventive controls on the quality of management within the claims department (monthly report); - Maintains a network of quality partner lawyers and is responsible for contacts with them; - supervises compliance with insurance distribution rules, both in terms of contracts, advertising materials and operations. **Profile** - Master's degree in law; - Experience in insurance ; - Excellent knowledge of Dutch; - Communication and conflict management skills; - Good analytical skills; - Very good writing skills; - Initiative; - Organizational skills; - Good management of priorities and resistance to stress. **Offer** - A position in the "beating heart" of our company with a direct impact on customer satisfaction; - A participative corporate culture, where the human aspects and the work-life balance are considered very important.
