As a Recruiter you will be responsible for: Source, screen, and interview candidates. Understand client needs and match candidates to roles. Manage the recruitment process from start to finish. Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates. Provide expert advice and support to both clients and candidates. A successful Recruiter should have/be: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in recruitment or HR. Fluent in English and Dutch. Results-driven with a passion for people and recruitment.
