Project Quality Engineer

As the Project Quality Engineer with Dematic, you will be responsible and tasked with ensuring the quality of deliverables throughout the customer lifecycle, from project planning and design to implementation and closure and the following phase of Lifecycle Services and Solutions. This role involves working closely with project teams, internal stakeholders, suppliers, and key customers of Dematic to identify potential risks, establish quality standards, and implement effective quality control measures. This role will see you as a quality champion, driving continuous improvement and ensuring that projects meet customer requirements and company standards. The focus of your role will be to support the Engineering Services teams with the management of Quality issues with our products and solutions. Strong problem-solving abilityLeader and team player with conflict resilience, “right-first time” mentalityCapibility to maintain a positive attitude through change and collaborationData-driven and familiarity with Power BI and/or other data capturing toolsPreferred (Process / 3rd Party) Audit skillsStrong capabilities in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).Capable of working with Excel data to analyse trends and produce reports and presentations.Fluent in English required. Other languages beneficialAbility to travel internationally (EMEA) to project and customer sites (approx. 40% of the year).
