Je fungeert als tweedelijns aanspreekpunt voor klanten via het ticketingsysteem, e-mail en telefoon. Je informeert klanten over de status van hun dossier en schakelt indien nodig collega's in voor verdere opvolging. Je volgt lopende dossiers nauwgezet op en zoekt proactief naar oplossingen. Je staat in voor de administratieve verwerking en afhandeling van klantendossiers. Je bent Nederlandstalig en hebt een goede kennis van het Frans; Engels is een plus. Je bent communicatief sterk en haalt voldoening uit klantencontact. Je werkt gestructureerd en planmatig. Je hebt interesse in de energiesector, bij voorkeur met kennis van hernieuwbare energie. Je voelt je thuis in een dynamische omgeving en kan goed omgaan met verandering. Een functie binnen een sterk groeiende en toekomstgerichte sector.
