We foster a collaborative environment where creativity and continuous learning are encouraged, enabling our employees to thrive and grow. The Opportunity.Hexaware's Data & AI practice is experiencing rapid growth, and we're on the lookout for a Insurance Functional SME’s. Our ideal candidates should be passionate about the insurance industry and have a deep understanding of the industry. You will have the opportunity to work, lead, and take on responsibilities in challenging engagements, gaining exposure to clients in a variety of clients. If you're a dynamic Business Analyst who excels in a collaborative team environment and enjoys working with talented individuals, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. Role & ResponsibilitiesPossess 10+ years of work experience as Insurance business consultant.Insurance-Specific Expertise: Provide in-depth knowledge of the European insurance industry, including: Non-Life businessLife businessActuarial  RiskSolvency-IIRegulatory & compliance requirements, operational processes, and finance requirements. Use this expertise to guide project outcomes and ensure compliance.Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with key stakeholders across the client’s enterprise to identify business challenges, define requirements, and recommend process improvements. Act as a bridge between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment on project goals.Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document business requirements, translating them into user stories and acceptance criteria for data-driven solutions in the insurance industry.Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data insights to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. Work with the Data & AI team to translate business needs into actionable data strategies and solutions.Project Management and Delivery: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of business analysis activities, including requirements gathering, documentation, and solution implementation. Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high-quality standards.Change Management and Training: Support the adoption of new processes, systems, or technologies by creating training materials, conducting workshops, and ensuring smooth transitions for stakeholders.Relationships: Foster strong relationships with key business stakeholders, including project managers, IT teams, and business partners, to ensure alignment of data and AI initiatives with organisational goals.Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a flair for compelling storytelling.Engage with business and technology stakeholders, collect necessary information, comprehend client expectations, clarify details through workshops, and propose and discuss optimal solutions.Work closely with the pre-sales, account, and sales teams, providing support throughout all phases of Data & AI deal pursuits and expand existing projects.  You Must PossesPossess a bachelor’s or master’s degree.Regulatory Awareness: Understanding of insurance industry regulations and the ability to incorporate these into business solutions.Strong Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate complex data insights and industry-specific concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Leadership and Mentorship: Experience mentoring junior analysts or leading cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, and driving team performance.Drive meaningful customer conversations and achieve positive business outcomes.Engage with clients effectively, build strong business networks, and play a key role in achieving successful outcomes for clients.Maintains an active learning approach, staying current with industry trends, and applying these insights to develop solutions, initiate new projects, and shape capability roadmaps.Client office two days a week.Language: French and/or Flemish is a must Equal Opportunities EmployerHexaware Technologies is an equal opportunity employer.
