Role: Insurance Audit SME + SASLocation: Brussels, Belgium (Hybrid)Duration: Contract Role & ResponsibilitiesPossess around 10 years of work experience as Insurance Audit SME + SAS.Insurance-Specific Expertise: Provide in-depth knowledge of the European insurance industry, including: Insurance Audits for Life and non-lifeRegulatory & complianceUse this expertise to guide project outcomes and ensure compliance.Ability to analyse data using SAS (Base SAS/SAS DI/SAS EGuide) - CompulsoryAbility to analyse data using data using SQL - CompulsoryLanguage: Dutch (preferred) or French along with English (mandatory) Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with key stakeholders across the client’s enterprise to identify business challenges, define requirements, and recommend process improvements. Act as a bridge between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment on project goals.Change Management and Training: Support the adoption of new processes, systems, or technologies by creating training materials, conducting workshops, and ensuring smooth transitions for stakeholders.Relationships: Foster strong relationships with key business stakeholders, including project managers, IT teams, and business partners, to ensure alignment of data and AI initiatives with organisational goals. You Must PossessPossess a bachelor’s or master’s degree.Regulatory Awareness: Understanding of insurance industry regulations and the ability to incorporate these into business solutions.Strong Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate complex data insights and industry-specific concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, with a flair for compelling storytelling.Leadership and Mentorship: Leading cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, and driving team performance.Drive meaningful customer conversations and achieve positive business outcomes.Engage with clients effectively, build strong business networks, and play a key role in achieving successful outcomes for clients.Maintains an active learning approach, staying current with industry trends, and applying these insights to develop solutions, initiate new projects, and shape capability roadmaps.Client office two days a week.
