Reporting directly to the Head of Strategy, you will work closely with senior management in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that requires adaptability and a forward-thinking mindset.
- Act as a strategic partner to business stakeholders, identifying and defining key challenges.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to address critical organizational issues such as growth, market expansion, performance improvement, profitability management, and M&A.
- Develop and implement branding, innovation, marketing, and communication strategies through deep analysis and creative problem-solving.
- Lead research efforts to support strategic decision-making.
- Drive corporate development initiatives by crafting and pitching strategic recommendations.
- Provide leadership and oversight to interdisciplinary teams, including designers and strategists.
- Ensure alignment between business strategy and execution while guiding teams through change management.

- 3+ years of strategy experience at a top strategy firm or in a consultancy/strategy department.
- Proven experience leading integrated strategy and innovation initiatives.
- Strong expertise in growth strategy, M&A, market entry/exit, pricing & profitability, branding, packaging, and corporate identity.
- Skilled in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
- Ability to translate complex business needs into actionable brand strategies.
- Meticulous attention to detail, with exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English, Dutch, and French.
- Outstanding organizational, analytical, and communication abilities.
- Passion for working in a values-driven organization.
- Experience coaching and mentoring junior team members.

Requirements
Qualifications: 3 + years of strategy experience from a top strategy firm. Experience in a strategy department or consultancy environment, managing significant integrated strategy and/or innovation engagements. Expertise in the application and expression of various strategies (e.g., growth, M&A, market expansion/entry/exit, pricing & profitability, corporate identity, packaging, retail, cause marketing). Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills. Fluent in English and Dutch and French. Superior organizational, communication, and analytical skills. A desire to work in a values-driven organization. Experience in coaching and mentoring junior staff.
