About the job
We are looking for a growth & acquisition intern to support our marketing team in setting up, managing, and optimising paid acquisition campaigns on Google and LinkedIn. You will play a key role in driving user growth through data-driven marketing strategies and experimentation.
You will join a dynamic marketing team of five people and focus on performance marketing, conversion optimisation, and A/B testing. You will work closely with marketers and designers to ensure our campaigns are optimised for success.
Key responsibilities
Assist in setting up and optimising paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
Monitor campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations to improve key metrics (CTR, CPA, etc.).
Conduct A/B testing on landing pages, emails, and other marketing supports to improve conversion rates.
Analyse user behaviour and performance data to identify growth opportunities.
Support the team in building reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
Research and suggest new strategies and trends in digital marketing.
About you
Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
Basic understanding of Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads (certifications are a plus).
Familiarity with Google Analytics and marketing automation platforms.
Proficiency in Excel/Google sheets for data analysis.
Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
A passion for digital marketing and performance marketing.
Experience in SaaS, e-commerce, or B2B marketing environments.
