About the jobMissionWe are looking for an ambitious, enthusiastic and flexible Consolidation Manager to join our dynamic and international finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for the quarterly consolidation of all entities within Banqup Group, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our Group financials. You will directly report to the Finance Director and play a key role in supporting our IFRS compliance and audit readiness.Responsibilities Lead the group-wide consolidation process under IFRS on a quarterly basis for all entities across our pan-European GroupPerform equity reconciliations, review intercompany reconciliations, and ensure accurate and complete consolidation adjustmentsReview the financial notes prepared at entity level to ensure high-quality and consistent consolidation packagesEnsure timely and accurate reporting to the Reporting Director and other stakeholdersMaintain and optimise the Groups condensed chart of accounts as part of our Financial Data Structure on which our reporting system is built uponCoordinate and support external audit processes, preparing necessary documentation and facilitating a smooth audit experienceContribute to IFRS compliance, including analysis and documentation of complex accounting and consolidation mattersAbout BanqupAt Banqup Group, our mission is to make business easy and smart by helping organisations build strong digital connections with their customers and suppliers. By leveraging cutting-edge technology and a customer-centric approach, Unifiedpost Group empowers businesses to focus on their core activities while we handle the complexities of their financial and administrative processes.We would be happy to seeThe ideal candidate would have:A Masters degree in Accounting, Business Economics, or a related field 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in accounting and consolidation Strong knowledge of IFRS, cash flow reporting and consolidation principlesA hands-on mentality with a proactive approach to continuous improvementA true team player with excellent communication skills, a positive mindset, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, but challenging, international environmentConfidence in working independently and taking ownership of responsibilitiesStrong capacity to manage deadlines under pressure An affinity for the software industry, including development, licensing, and added-value financial solutions (a plus)Experience with CCH Tagetik and solid skills in Microsoft Excel are considered assetsLanguage skills: native Dutch or French, with strong spoken and written EnglishThis is what you winWe offer a market-conformed gross salary that reflects your skills and experience.
