Make It With Pride.Safety first You will provide primary care services to the site and co-ordinate and manage the site health program, including safety inspections, ergonomics training and ergonomics assessments, to drive a reduction in work and non work related injuries. You will as well undertake management of testing programs required by local legislationHow you will contributeYou will: Provide primary care services to the site and co-ordinate and effectively manage the site health program, including managing work related and non-work related injuries and illnessesCoordinate preventative health and wellness programs to drive a reduction in work related injuriesProvide Initial emergency response, resuscitation and stabilization of critically ill or injured (trauma) patientsSupport the development of health related policies and Standard Operating Procedures for the site including the delivery of training where necessaryManagement , maintenance and administration of medical equipment and consumables in line with legal and medical standards including audit of equipment and storing, dispensing, administering and safe disposal of medicinesAssess plant risk for health issues or any occupational related illness, acting upon the assessment and controlling them through proper preventive measuresWhat you will bringA desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:Relevant qualifications in the area of Occupational Health or claims management. Qualified Doctor or Nursing practitionerDiploma or Degree qualifications in OHS/Claims & Injury Management, Workplace Ergonomics, Rehabilitation or related disciplineRelevant experience in OHS (Occupational Safety and Health)Strong experience in an Injury Management & Rehabilitation role, ideally within a manufacturing environmentKnowledge of Workers Compensation and Injury Management legislative requirementsMilieucoördinatorDraag bij aan een duurzamere toekomst bij MondelezAls Milieucoördinator ben je verantwoordelijk voor de implementatie van het preventiebeleid inzake milieubescherming in onze twee fabrieken in Herentals. Je zorgt ervoor dat onze activiteiten voldoen aan de Belgische welzijnswet en milieuwetgeving, het preventiebeleid van Mondelez International en de economische en sociale context van ons bedrijf.VerantwoordelijkhedenIn deze veelzijdige rol ben je de drijvende kracht achter een effectief milieubeheer.Je taken omvatten:Evaluatie en verbetering: Je evalueert en auditeert het huidige preventiebeleid, identificeert verbeterpunten en stelt actieplannen op om tekortkomingen weg te werken, zowel op het gebied van wettelijke verplichtingen als Mondelez-milieustandaarden.Procedureontwikkeling: Je stelt procedures en werkinstructies op of upgrade deze, in lijn met de wetgeving en de Mondelez-richtlijnen.Incidentenonderzoek: Je voert grondoorzaakanalyses uit bij milieu-incidenten of -klachten.Monitoring en rapportage: Je behartigt vereiste metingen (emissiemetingen, legionella, geluid, etc.), registers (aspecten en impacten, afval, koelmiddelen, etc.) en externe (Enablon) en interne rapportages (jaarverslag milieu, VMM, Val-I-Pac, energie, etc.). Je organiseert de benodigde keuringen (opslagtanks, bodem, etc.).Communicatie: Je verzorgt interne (personeel en management) en externe (autoriteiten) communicatie over milieuzaken.Advies: Je biedt intern milieuadvies, bijvoorbeeld bij nieuwe projecten.Sensibilisering: Je organiseert interne sensibiliseringscampagnes en opleidingen over milieu (water, energie en afvalsortering).Vergunningenbeheer: Je beheert benodigde wijzigingen aan omgevingsvergunningen.Projectmanagement: Je identificeert en volgt milieuprojecten op (energie- of waterreductie, al dan niet capex-gerelateerd).Waterzuivering: Je bent de contactpersoon voor de beheerder van het waterzuiveringsstation en ziet toe op een correct dagelijks beheer.Systemenbeheer: Je beheert het energie- en watermonitoringsysteem en de asbestinventaris.Chemicaliënbeheer: Je beheert het register van chemische producten.ErvaringJe bent in het bezit van een diploma Milieucoördinator A.Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie.Je hebt ervaring met productieprocessen.Je beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal uitstekend.Je bent autonoom, flexibel en resultaatgericht.Je beschikt over goede communicatieve vaardigheden.Je bent een teamspeler en werkt constructief samen met andere afdelingen en teams.Relocation Support Available?
