Your team and your responsibilities Team/division descriptionToyota sales performance team is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Performance Team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the automotive industry and contribute to the day-to-day operations of our performance team.Your projectInvolved in the day-to-day performance follow-up, ensuring all activities align with our performance goals.Analysing main reports and sales KPIs to provide actionable insights.Supporting the coordination of monthly planning milestones and ensuring timely completion of milestones.Organizing main touchpoints and facilitating effective communication within the team.Assisting in the coordination, summarization, and creation of Excel document, PowerPoint presentation.Extracting and analysing data to support various performance initiatives and investigationsConducting competitor investigation and analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.Preparing reports and ad-hoc documents as needed. Your Profile Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and report creation.Familiarity with Power BI reports for data visualization and insights.Strong organizational and coordination skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.Knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide meaningful insights.Nice visualization skills for creating impactful PowerPoint presentations.Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.Starting date8/09/2025Duration 6 monthsConfidentialityDue to business requirement, not all performed projects can be reflected in the internship report.
