The Category Manager - FMCG will have the following responsibilities : Develop and implement the category strategy across all channels retail, eCommerce, and foodservice Analyze market data (e.g., Nielsen, GfK) and translate insights into actionable recommendations Responsible for shelf optimization, assortment planning, and promotional strategy. Serve as the key point of contact for retailer category reviews and negotiations Collaborate closely with all departments 5 years of experience in Category Management FMCG experience Strong analytical and negotiation skills Determined, enthusiastic, team player Fluent in Dutch, English and French An attractive salary package with extra legal advantages A challenging job Room for your own initiative
