FunctieomschrijvingWat ga je doen? In deze rol informeer en adviseer je klanten over internationaal goederenverkeer en zorg je ervoor dat alle procedures correct worden nageleefd. Je bewaakt de rendabiliteit van de afdeling en zorgt voor naleving van compliance richtlijnen. Je werkt samen met interne teams en externe partners om projecten binnen deadlines en budgetten af te ronden. Belangrijkste taken: Informeert en adviseert klanten over de formaliteiten voor internationaal goederenverkeer en de bijbehorende kosten voor verschillende transportmodi (zeevaart, luchtvaart, baanvracht). Raadpleegt gespecialiseerde documentatie zoals officiële aangifteformulieren voor de douane en wisselkoersen. Inventariseert de wensen van de klant en stemt deze af met de mogelijkheden binnen de organisatie. Plaatst boekingen bij leveranciers en rederijen en volgt deze nauwgezet op om te garanderen dat alle afspraken worden nagekomen. Gebruikt geavanceerde kantoorsoftware (zoals Excel) en gespecialiseerde applicaties (track and trace, IRIS) om klantinformatie en transportgegevens te beheren. Lost problemen met transportdocumenten op in samenspraak met overheidsinstanties en/of klanten. Is fysiek aanwezig bij belading en lossing, helpt bij het controleren of herpakken van goederen, en zorgt voor een accurate codering van goederen op basis van klantbeschrijvingen. Verzekert de IRIS Compliance en heeft kennis van Dangerous Goods en Security Awareness IMDG & DGLV. Waakt over de facturatie van het departement, controleert dagelijkse facturatie en accruals, en communiceert met de financiële dienst en sales bij eventuele afwijkingen. Functie-eisen Uitstekende kennis van nationale en internationale transportreglementeringen, inclusief IMDG CODEX en DGLV. Diepgaande kennis van compliance beleid en GDP. Kennis van IRIS Compliance en Dangerous Goods. Beheersing van klantgerichte software zoals CargoWise, CRM en Stream. Zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands, Engels en Frans (schriftelijk en mondeling).
