Innovation Engineer

Tasks As an Innovation Engineer in the NVISO Labs team your responsibilities will include: Perform technical exploratory innovation activities (develop a technology prototype with the team, running a Proof-of-Concept in collaboration with our (internal) customers, etc.). Design, write, test and document software for use in cutting-edge security products & tools developed in NVISO Labs Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and methodologies into existing systems. Engaging in continuous learning and development to stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements. Providing technical mentorship and guidance to junior team members to foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence. Participating in brainstorming sessions and innovation workshops to contribute new ideas and solutions that address current and future cybersecurity challenges. Requirements You are eligible for NATO Clearance. At least 3 years of relevant work experience in software or innovation engineering. A master's degree in computer science or a related technical field. Experience with Python and knowledge of additional programming languages. Understanding of fundamental software & infrastructure design principles. Experience with integrating new technologies and methodologies into existing systems. Strong testing, troubleshooting and debugging skills. Basic knowledge of secure software design and security best practices. Excellent English communications skills, both verbal and written. Strong interpersonal communication skills (oral & written) that enable effective work in a collaborative team environment (across the entire company). Benefits At NVISO, we care.
