Some passionate colleagues :)WHAT IS AN AI ENGINEER AT CREAM?As an AI Engineer, you will have a central role in designing, building and deploying advanced AI solutions. You will work at the intersection of business needs and cutting-edge AI technologies, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to turn complex challenges into smart, efficient solutions.YOUR TASKS: Develop end-to-end AI use cases, from business understanding to solution deployment.Quickly prototype AI-driven scenarios and user-facing features.Engineer effective prompts to optimize AI agent behavior and performance.Collaborate closely with design, product and development teams Design, develop and implement AI solutions using Azure OpenAI and other Azure services to translate business needs into technical AI solutions.Integrate Azure AI services seamlessly into existing systems and enterprise environments.Leverage your creativity and expertise to design intelligent solutions that combine data, AI and business requirements.Document clearly all code, processes, architectures and workflows to ensure maintainability.Participate actively in code reviews, knowledge-sharing and continuous improvement initiatives.Apply best practices in software development, security, compliance, scalability, and performance optimization such as Devops CI/CD for AI projects.Stay up to date with AI and machine learning trends, experiment with emerging techniques, and incorporate relevant advancements into your projects.Contribute to use case definition in a co-creation mode with business and product stakeholders.HOW WE IMAGINE OUR FUTURE CONSULTANT? You hold at least a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields (Master's degree is preferred).You have minimum 3 years of professional experience in Data Engineering, AI or related disciplines.You have strong hands-on experience with Agentic AI frameworks (OpenAI Agent SDK, MCP Tools, etc.).You have preferably strong knowledge of Devops practices and CI/CD OR eagerness to learn.You are proficient in Azure AI services and their integration into real-world business solutions.You have a solid programming background (Python, Azure ML Services, API integration, etc.).You are fluent in English AND in French or Dutch; passive understanding of the other language is a strong asset.You have excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.You enjoy working in a collaborative, fast-moving environment where innovation and pragmatism meet.Bonus: You have the Microsoft Azure AI engineer associate certificate.WHY SHOULD YOU TASTE THE LIME FLAVOUR?
