As part of the P&C IT department, you will oversee the day-to-day management, security, and technical evolution of critical applications supporting customers, brokers, partners, and employees across Fire, Motor, and Miscellaneous Risks.
As a Project Manager, you will be the driving force behind the successful execution of IT projects, ensuring that they align with business goals and exceed stakeholder expectations. Your key responsibilities include:
- Project Structuring and Organization: Proactively organize and structure projects focused on IT applications within the P&C domain, ensuring seamless coordination across teams and stakeholders.
- Scoping and Planning: Collaborate with key business stakeholders to define project scope, identify effective solutions, and develop comprehensive implementation plans, including required resources, budgets, and timelines. You'll ensure that every detail is aligned with business objectives while keeping a strategic overview.
- Coordination and Monitoring: Manage and monitor day-to-day project activities, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently by aligning them with the strengths and capabilities of team members.
- Team Support and Advising: Be a trusted advisor to your team, fostering a high-performance culture, resolving challenges, and ensuring a collaborative environment where everyone thrives.

- Progress Reporting: Maintain a clear overview of project progress, report on key milestones, and communicate status updates to stakeholders, ensuring they are always informed of developments.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate, up-to-date project documentation throughout the project lifecycle. You will prepare regular reports outlining progress, challenges, decisions, and actions taken, ensuring transparency at all stages of the project.
RequirementsWhat We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you should bring:
- 5+ years of experience in IT Project Management, with a solid background in delivering successful projects in complex IT environments.
- Experience within the insurance sector, ideally in P&C insurance applications, which will give you a deep understanding of the industry's unique needs.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical abilities, and a natural talent for prioritizing tasks and managing competing demands to deliver results.
