Wil je deel uitmaken van een hecht team binnen de boeiende IT-sector en bijdragen aan een groeiend succesverhaal?Als First Line Support Medewerker ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten. Je bent het gezicht van het bedrijf en speelt een cruciale rol in het waarborgen van een uitstekende klantbeleving. Dankzij jouw inzet voelen klanten zich gehoord, geholpen en begrepen. Je werkt nauw samen met collega’s uit verschillende afdelingen zoals sales, logistiek, product management en finance. Je signaleert commerciële opportuniteiten en denkt strategisch mee, niet alleen voor de klant, maar ook voor het bedrijf. Wat ga je doen? Het eerste aanspreekpunt zijn voor onze klanten, waarbij klantgerichtheid centraal staat. Zorgen voor een vlotte en efficiënte opvolging van vragen en problemen. Dagelijks afstemmen met verschillende teams om een professionele service te garanderen. Proactieve communicatie richting klanten en collega’s. Vooruitdenken: opportuniteiten signaleren, vragen anticiperen en bijdragen aan een positieve klantbeleving. Verbeterpunten opmerken en initiatief nemen om processen en service continu te verbeteren. Functie-eisen Teamspeler met oog voor een goede samenwerking. Klantgericht, commercieel ingesteld, communicatief sterk en administratief nauwkeurig. Vaardig met digitale tools en systemen. Kan zelfstandig prioriteiten stellen, maar werkt graag in teamverband. Stressbestendig en kalm, ook in drukke periodes. Vloeiend in Nederlands; kennis van Frans en/of Engels is een plus.
