End-to-End Contract Management* Draft, review, and negotiate international commercial agreements* Coordinate with shareholders and lead supplier negotiations* Monitor contract execution, performance, and compliance* Manage renewals, amendments, and conflict resolution processesCross-Functional Business Support* Advise and support commercial teams during negotiations* Ensure compliance with competition law and internal policies* Conduct regular training and awareness sessions on contract-related legal topicsContract Risk Management and Reporting* Anticipate and report on contractual risks to internal stakeholders* Provide regular updates to legal, commercial, and executive teamsTemplate and Governance Oversight* Maintain and develop standardized contract templates* Ensure alignment with internal and external legal frameworksAdditional Legal and Contractual Support* Review agreements with third-party vendors and partners* Support basic corporate governance activities with external counsel* Contribute to co-managing transversal projects (e.g. digital legal tools, team development initiatives) Holds a Master's Degree in Law (Belgium) Brings at least 5 years of experience in international contract management or commercial contract negotiation Demonstrates strong contract drafting, negotiation, and project management skills Has professional fluency in English (additional languages such as French, Dutch, or German are a plus) Thrives in fast-paced, international environments and is eager to grow into a management role Clear pathway to a future managerial position A role at the heart of international contract strategy Work in a multicultural and dynamic organization in central Brussels Engage with major suppliers and support strategic commercial operations
