En tant que Customer Success Specialist, tu seras au cœur de notre développement sur le marché flamand.
Trustup est une scale-up belge en pleine expansion avec pour mission de révolutionner le secteur de la rénovation en Europe. Nous avons développé une plateforme innovante qui met en relation particuliers et professionnels du bâtiment, ainsi qu'une suite d'outils de gestion destinés à simplifier le quotidien des professionnels du secteur.
Ta mission
Ta mission sera double : d'un côté, tu guideras nos clients dans l'utilisation de nos produits innovants, et de l'autre, tu assureras le suivi régulier de leurs besoins, en veillant à leur satisfaction.
Tes responsabilités
- Accompagnement des nouveaux clients : tu deviendras leur point de référence en les formant à l'utilisation de nos outils de gestion et de notre plateforme, afin de maximiser leur efficacité.
- Service client personnalisé : tu répondras aux questions par téléphone et par email, en apportant des solutions rapides et efficaces.
- Suivi et optimisation : grâce à un contact régulier avec tes clients, tu anticiperas les éventuels problèmes et seras force de proposition pour améliorer nos services.
- Mise en relation sur-mesure : tu analyseras les besoins des particuliers pour les connecter aux professionnels les plus adaptés.
- Amélioration continue : ton avis compte Tu seras encouragé à faire des suggestions pour optimiser nos produits et services.
Ton profil
- Maîtrise parfaite du néerlandais et bonne connaissance du français : tu seras l'interlocuteur principal pour nos clients flamands.
- Excellente communication : tu sais écouter activement, répondre clairement et adapter ton discours en fonction de ton interlocuteur.
- Sens du service client : tu es orienté vers la satisfaction du client et tu aimes résoudre les problèmes de manière proactive.
- Capacité d'organisation et autonomie : tu gères efficacement plusieurs tâches simultanément de manière autonome.
- Expérience dans une fonction similaire ou dans le service client est un atout majeur.
