As a junior accountant you will be assisting the accounting team with: Day to day accounting: AP, AR, Cash journals, expenses, billing Preparation of payment batches in the accounting software. Liaising with PA's, matter handler/partners and group billing team Month-end and year-end closing activities VAT administration (monthly filings and quarterly declarations in OneGate) Testing and implementing new accounting software Credit control support Invoice drafting and submission Printing, scanning and filing documents Bachelor's degree in accounting 0 to 3 years' experience Experience in a legal or professional service company (Partners structure) is a plus Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, IT-literate Dutch or French mother tongue and good knowledge of English Well organised, proactive, service minded and flexible Accurate and analytical with attention to details You are a team player with a healthy business attitude and positive vibes An attractive salary package in line with experience, including benefits such as meal vouchers, hospitalisation and group insurance Long-term contract Offices with easy access by public transportation.
