Jij bent de schakel die alles soepel laat verlopen, van aanvragen en matching tot opvolging en optimalisatie van processen.Wat ga je doen? Dé contactpersoon na sluitingstijd – Jij beheert de inkomende aanvragen, zoekt direct naar de juiste kandidaten en regelt alles van A tot Z: van contracten opstellen tot opvolging met kantoren en klanten. Sterke administratieve opvolging – Je houdt alles in de gaten: afwezige medewerkers, timesheets, verlengingen en rapporteringen. Zo loopt alles op wieltjes. Optimalisatie en innovatie – Je analyseert bestaande processen en helpt bij het verbeteren en automatiseren van workflows. Efficiënter werken? Jij weet hoe Klantenrelaties & interne communicatie – Je bent een vertrouwd aanspreekpunt voor klanten én voor het interne management. Je bezoekt klanten, woont meetings bij en zorgt ervoor dat Adecco 24/7 top of mind blijft. Teamcoördinatie & ondersteuning – Je werkt nauw samen met de Teamlead 24/7 en ondersteunt het team in hun dagelijkse werkzaamheden.
