Voor een snelgroeiende organisatie zoeken wij een Project Controller die verantwoordelijk zal zijn voor het financiële beheer en de voortgangsrapportages van onze uitdagende projecten. Je werkt als rechterhand van de Project Manager en speelt een cruciale rol in het succes van het project; Financieel beheer van A tot Z: Je organiseert en beheert de projectfinanciën, inclusief bank- en kasbeheer en de rekening-courant met het hoofdkantoor; Projectrapportages: Je verzorgt heldere, financiële rapportages en organiseert regelmatig opvolgingsoverleg met het projectteam; Kostencontrole en budgetbeheer: Je bewaakt de kosten en het budget, en neemt bredere verantwoordelijkheden op zoals: Administratie van personeel en lonen voor projectgebonden teams. Financiële opvolging van leveranciers en onderaannemers. Beheersing van administratieve processen om de efficiëntie te waarborgen. In deze rol rapporteer je rechtstreeks aan de Project Finance Manager. Opleiding en ervaring: Je hebt een Master in Accountancy/Fiscaliteit, Handelsingenieur, TEW of een soortgelijk financieel diploma, aangevuld met ervaring als Cost Controller; Analytische en financiële vaardigheden: Cijfers en deadlines geven je energie, en je kan financiële gegevens interpreteren vanuit een oogpunt van rendabiliteit; Proactieve aanpak: Je bent nauwkeurig, stipt en werkt zelfstandig, met een dynamische en leergierige instelling; Sterke communicatie en teamspeler: Je bent gedreven, communicatief en houdt van teamwerk; Talenkennis: Naast Nederlands, kan je sterk je plan trekken in het Engels & Frans Duurzame groei: Een carrière bij een groeiende internationale organisatie met een vlakke structuur en volop ruimte voor ondernemerschap; Opleiding en ontwikkeling: Een sterk onboardingprogramma, tal van opleidingsmogelijkheden en doorgroeikansen om je carrière naar een hoger niveau te tillen; Werkplezier: Inspirerende, informele events en activiteiten op het hoofdkantoor en op locatie; Aantrekkelijk salaris: Een marktconforme verloning, inclusief extralegale voordelen met bedrijfswagen Rapporteren, Financiële richting, Budgetten beheren, Cashmanagement, Administratie, Budget, Administratie, Communicatie, Engelse taal, Belastingadvies, Frans, Nederlands, Financiën, Boekhouding
