Développement et accroissement des activités analytiques
Définir, organiser et mettre en place le panel analytique nécessaire au projet, ce compris les transferts de méthodes clients, l'optimisation de méthodes déjà implémentées chez TFS ou le développement de méthodes spécifiques. En cas de développement de méthode, définir le besoin analytique et mettre en contact les bons interlocuteurs (R&D MLC/Labo). Assurer le suivi des activités de développement. Définir la stratégie de validation/qualification pour les projets clients en collaboration avec le MLC. Définir la stratégie liées aux samplings plans (R&D et production) et aux fiches de spécifications produits, en collaboration avec les Senior Scientists USP/DSP, le QC et le client. Proposer et mettre en place des solutions innovantes (technologies, équipements, etc..) à forte valeur ajoutée. Assurer la veille scientifique dans le domaine analytique appliquée aux vecteurs viraux. Participer aux projets d'innovation internes et/ou externes.Développement des activités techniques/scientifiques
Coordonner et participer à la conception des études techniques, leur réalisation, l'acquisition et l'analyse des résultats et leur communication sous forme de protocoles, rapports d'étude, téléconférences et meetings clients. Relayer et assurer le suivi des actions provenant des meetings client et interne auprès de l'équipe de développement analytique et du QC. Apporter son expertise aux scientists AD et QC et participer aux revues de documents (protocoles et rapports de développement, d'implémentation et de validation des méthodes analytiques ; samplings plans R&D et production ; fiches de spécifications). Gérer la stratégie liée à la sous-traitance analytique, en identifiant, en accord avec le client, le meilleure sous-traitant analytique qui puisse proposer une solution à la question analytique définie. Revoir les devis liés à la sous-traitance et assurer le suivi par l'équipe dédiée QC. Relayer auprès du client la planification des activités techniques et scientifiques, en collaboration avec les R&D AD Laboratory/Method Life cycle Manager, le QC et les Project Managers. Appliquer la politique 5S dans le département en assurant le status "propre et range" de l'environnement de travail. Respecter et faire respecter les normes de sécurité & biosécurité en vigueur, notamment en coordonnant la mise en place du BSDS-RA. Assurer le respect des SOP et des normes GMP. Participe aux réunions nécessaires à la fonction. Proposer des améliorations, en fonction des points de blocage rencontrés ou autre.Gestion de la qualité
Veiller à la continuité et la traçabilité des activités du département de Développement Analytique (procédures et checklists, protocoles et rapports de développement, transfert et validation de méthode analytique, archivage ,…) Garantir la qualité documentaire Respecter le système qualité mis en place sur le site Apporter son expertise sur sollicitation du QC en audit ou dans le domaine des investigations liées aux Déviations, OOS, OOT, à des incidents analytiques ou techniques sur les équipements utilisés.Compléxité de la fonction
Gestion des changements de planning et de priorités. Interruption dans le travail car est référent scientifique de l'équipe. Interactions avec tous les services présents sur le site et plus particulièrement avec les project managers pour la préparation des meetings client et la gestion des plannings et avec le QC pour les activités de transfert et de validation des méthodes analytiques Communication en direct avec les clients lors de meeting sur site ou en visioconférence et gestion de leur demandes Gestion de multiples projets. Gestion du télétravail et de ses contraintes de communication.Connaissances et niveau d'éducation
PhD, Master ou ingénieur dans un domaine scientifique ou niveau équivalent acquis par l'expérience ; Expertise technique dans la plupart des domaines suivants ; Chromatographie analytique (SEC-MALS, RP-HPLC, IEX-HPLC, Pep Mapp, LC-MS, etc.) ; Chimie des protéines et caractérisation (SDS PAGE, Western Blot, cIEF, DLS, DSF, …) ; Bioanalyses (ddPCR, qPCR, ELISA, bioassay, potency assays, expression assays, titres infectieux, AUC…) Développement Analytique (aQbD) et Validation de méthodes analytique (ICHQ2 R1, …) Compétences personnelles et organisationnelles attendues : capacité d'anticipation et d'initiative, autonomie, sens de l'organisation, sens des responsabilités, adaptabilité, fiabilité, Capacité d'analyse et de synthèse, capacité d'élaborer un modèle depuis un concept ; Communication ouverte, Capacité de remise en perspective, rigueur, pédagogie, orientation résultats, ouverture d'esprit, curiosité intellectuelle, assertivité, capacité de positiver ; Préparer / prioriser / planifier / coordonner les différentes activités ; Pratique aisée de l'anglais (oral et écrit) ; Expertise en matière de GMP, GDP et implémentation des systèmes qualité. Aptitudes rédactionnelles ; Idéalement une 1ère expérience avec SAP et documentum MS Office Suite (Excel/Word/Powerpoint/outlook, Teams), MS Project, Adobe Sign. Niveau d'expérience requis 5 années d'expérience probante dans le milieu pharmaceutique.-
