We rekenen op je voor: Onderzoek naar relevante wet- en regelgeving Afhandeling van claimdossiers (douane, BTW en derde partijen) Controle op douaneaangiften en vergunningen Begeleiding van interne en externe consultancyprojecten (vergunningen, AEO, procesoptimalisatie, nieuwe trafieken) Overleg met overheidsinstanties en klanten over operationele vraagstukken Beoordeling van fiscale vraagstukken en compliance-verbeteringen Vlot schakelen binnen een internationale context, met uiteenlopende regelgeving per land Functie-eisen Sterk in zelfstandig werken en omgaan met deadlines Juridisch/fiscaal onderzoeksvermogen en projectmatige aanpak Klantgericht met een oplossingsgerichte mindset Idealiter ervaring in douanelogistiek of juridische dienstverlening Nauwkeurig, stressbestendig en organisatorisch sterk Teamplayer met uitstekende kennis van het Engels IT-vaardig: je draait vlot mee in onze digitale systemen Bachelor (bv. logistiek of rechtspraktijk), of gelijkwaardig door ervaring 2 tot 3 jaar relevante werkervaring Arbeidsvoorwaarden Uitdaging: Iedere dag is anders in onze internationale setting Ontwikkeling: Blijf leren via trainingen, kennissessies en opleidingen Goede arbeidsvoorwaarden: Competitief salaris en aantrekkelijke secundaire voorwaarden Flexibiliteit: Voltijdse functie met mogelijkheid tot telewerk na je inwerkperiode Visie op de toekomst: Duurzaamheid, innovatie en groei staan bij ons hoog op de agenda Klaar om jouw expertise in te zetten in een omgeving waar je impact maakt?
