Join the dynamic team as a Revenue Leakage Agent to safeguard financial flows and enhance the O2C process in different sub-departments.

Your Mission

Exception handling:

Together with the Coordinator, the Revenue Leakage Agent identifies and executes anomalies, so that they can be fulfilled and invoiced. Together with the Coordinator, the Revenue Leakage Agent identifies and executes open orders, so that they can be invoiced and the root cause can be tackled. Where the functional teams do not find an answer, you'll step in and as Sherlock Holmes dive into the matter.

Continuous improvement & knowledge sharing :

Ensure the teams, executing the order-2-cash process and handling the orders, are re-insured and trained properly. Identify and detect frequent occurrences of exceptions so that they can be tackled with a multi-disciplinary team. Tackle the issues in the short-term and thinking about solutions for the long run.

Back-up of Revenue Leakage Coordinators:

Multiple revenue leakage streams are identified within the organization (Cancellation Fees, Minimum Commitment, re-routing infraworks, solving disputes, transport billing, SLA …). Majority of them will be monitored centrally and executed in the functional team. The Revenue Leakage Service Agent can be asked to execute the back-up process for business critical tasks or where the impact on cash position is that high.

Your profile

You like to delve into the processes and tools Your fluent in English and Dutch/French with a good knowledge of the other language (Dutch/French) You like to execute frequent tasks in the morning and brainstorm about the future in the afternoon You possess strong skills in managing relationships with internal sub-departments
