Responsibilities: Je stuurt een team aan van 7 à 8 magazijniers en volgt de bezetting van jouw team op. Je controleert de werkzaamheden Je zal jouw ploeg aan en bijsturen aangaande veiligheid, beveiliging en kwaliteit. Je maakt gebruik van de aangereikte hulpmiddelen (heftruck, transpallet, computer, scanner, ....) Je staat in voor de orde en netheid in en rond ons magazijn Je rapporteert aan de branch manager. Profiel: Je hebt reeds ervaring in een leidinggevende rol/ in de FMCG Je hebt een heftruck attest (of bereid het te bereiken) Je hebt inzicht in de totale werking en organisatie van een magazijn Je bent sterk in het leiden en motiveren van een team Je bent administratief sterk Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels. Bijkomende talen zijn een pluspunt Het bedrijf biedt een gevarieerde job met verantwoordelijkheden en een competitief salaris.
