Warehouse Team Leader

Responsabilités: Vous coordonnez deux équipes d'environ 20 collaborateurs chacune. Vous planifiez, supervisez et optimisez les activités de réception, stockage, préparation et expédition des marchandises. Vous garantissez le respect des délais, de la qualité et des consignes de sécurité. Vous motivez, formez et accompagnez vos équipes au quotidien pour assurer une ambiance de travail positive et performante. Vous travaillez en horaire 2 shifts : 5h - 13h et 13h - 21h (rotation). Profil: Vous justifiez de 5 à 10 ans d'expérience dans une fonction similaire (logistique, entrepôt, supply chain). Vous avez une expérience confirmée en gestion d'équipe. Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre sens de l'organisation, votre leadership et votre capacité à fédérer. Vous maîtrisez les procédures et règles de sécurité liées à l'environnement logistique. Vous communiquez efficacement en français, la connaissance du néerlandais est un atout. L'offre: Un contrat à long terme dans une entreprise familiale stable et en pleine croissance.
