Job Summary Our corporate activities are growing rapidly, and we are currently seeking a full-time, office-based Associate HR Business Partner to join our team in Leuven, Belgium. This position will work in a team to accomplish tasks and projects that are instrumental to the company's success. If you are an HR Generalist eager to develop your HR skills and take the next step toward an HR Business Partner role, this is the perfect opportunity to grow your career. Responsibilities HR Business Partnering: collaborate with various functions across Belgium and other European countries Employee Relations & HR Processes: generate employment contracts, manage HR processes, and address employee inquiries, ensuring a smooth and efficient HR experience Training & Development: contribute to the growth and development of our employees by supporting training initiatives and performance General HR Support: engage in a variety of HR tasks and contribute to impactful projects Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field 1-2 years of relevant HR experience Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills Good level of Dutch and English language is required Kindly please provide your CV in English Medpace Overview Medpace is a full-service clinical contract research organization (CRO).
