Securitas Technology is seeking a dedicated HR Leader to join our team, reporting to the Country General Manager for Belgium. As the HR Leader Belgium, you will drive our people strategy, align HR initiatives with business goals, and foster a culture of engagement, inclusion, and performance. You'll leverage your strategic insight and relationship-building skills to support leadership, build organizational capability, and champion a high-performing, values-driven workforce.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Partnership: Advise local leadership and HR teams on people strategy to support business objectives and proactively address talent needs.

Stakeholder Relations: Cultivate trusted, strategic partnerships with stakeholders at all levels to enhance leadership effectiveness and employee experience.

Policy & Compliance: Collaborate with Securitas HR Shared Service to implement policies and ensure compliance, promoting consistent, high-impact HR practices.

Employee Relations & Culture: Foster a positive workplace culture that boosts morale, productivity, and retention, and resolve complex employee issues with integrity.

DEIB Advocacy: Lead and support Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) initiatives, ensuring an inclusive environment for all.

HR Strategy Execution: Own critical HR areas including talent management, compensation, performance, and recognition, driving employee growth and alignment with organizational goals.

Leadership Development: Coach and develop business leaders, enhancing their people management capabilities.

Employee Engagement: Lead initiatives to elevate employee engagement, promoting a culture that reflects our core values.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with HR teams, finance, and other functions to implement cohesive HR strategies.

Stay Current: Keep informed of HR best practices, regulatory changes, and industry standards to guide effective decision-making.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • EU Citizenship or valid work permit.
  • Bachelor's Degree in HR Management, Business, or a related field (or equivalent HR qualification).
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, ideally with a focus on strategic leadership.
  • Fluency in French and Dutch (both oral and written).
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills with a proactive, data-driven approach.
  • Digital proficiency and comfort with data analytics for informed decision-making.
  • A client-centric mindset with a strong focus on people and organizational success.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in English.
  • Prior experience in an international HR role.
  • Knowledge of local market and area needs to effectively support region-specific strategies.
