Job DescriptionWe are seeking a talented Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant to join our Brussels-based team. You will work closely with clients to understand their customer engagement needs, design and implement Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, and ensure smooth adoption of the platform. This role combines functional expertise, business process understanding, and strong client-facing skills.Collaborate with clients to analyze business requirements and translate them into Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.Configure and customize Dynamics 365 entities, forms, workflows, and business rules.Design and deliver CRM solutions that optimize sales, customer service, and marketing processes.Lead workshops, demonstrations, and user training sessions.Integrate Dynamics 365 CRM with other Microsoft and third-party applications.Ensure data quality, governance, and system security best practices.Stay current with Dynamics 365 updates, Power Platform capabilities, and industry trends.Support testing, troubleshooting, and ongoing system enhancements.RequirementsExperience: 3+ years as a Dynamics 365 Consultant or similar role, with a focus on CRM/Customer Engagement.Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Functional Consultant Associate (or equivalent).Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing modules.Familiarity with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI is a plus.Solid understanding of business processes in sales, service, and marketing.Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.Proficient in English; knowledge of French and/or Dutch is highly desirable.Ability to work on-site in Brussels with some travel to client locations.BenefitsCompetitive salary and benefits package.Hybrid working environment (office + remote flexibility).Access to training, certifications, and career development programs.Work with leading clients in Belgium and Europe.Supportive and collaborative team culture.RequirementsQualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus. Proven experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM administration and management. Strong understanding of CRM best practices and principles. Excellent project management skills. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Fluency in Dutch and English. French is a plus.
