As an office & operations manager, you'll be a vital part of our team at Donna, our perfect AI-sales assistant for field sales reps. Donna empowers our clients to focus on what they do best - selling.

You'll join our ambitious Donna team as one of the first hires. This means you'll have the opportunity to be part of an early-stage start-up and to learn from experienced serial entrepreneurs.

Tasks

Your mission is to make Donna HQ the best possible environment to work, hang out, and build a global company– together.

  • Office: You lead the office as a tight ship from A-to-Z, managing the daily operations of the office. We are an office-first team (currently in Wintercircus, but moving to a lovely place in central Ghent from July onwards, because of our explosive growth).
  • Events & Travel Management: You're the go-to person for team logistics and smooth events. Plan company events, company travel, internal meetings and more.
  • Hiring Processes: You will be responsible for overseeing hiring activities, including searching for candidates, organizing interviews, and coordinating the recruitment process to ensure smooth and efficient hiring.
  • Internal (Fin)Ops: Help out with recurring internal ops, including employee onboarding, purchasing approvals and invoice/payment processing.
  • Communications: Act as a liaison between management and other internal/external stakeholders, handling messages and inquiries. Jump into new topics as they come.
Requirements
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in both Dutch and English.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
  • Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • You're genuinely interested in how AI is changing the world.
  • Proven experience in a G&A role, preferably working with executives.
