Nalys Graduate Program Business Manager / Recruiter Do you want to work as a Business Manager or Talent Acquisition Specialist? Then sign up for the Nalys Graduate Program, our most powerful combination of targeted learning of recruitment and business techniques. This Graduate Program comes alongside with a competitive salary, bonus program and much more from day one.  LEARN You will follow a two-year in-house training program in which you will learn all the intricacies of recruitment and account management in a targeted way. During the first semester, you will learn how to present yourself with the greatest impact, how to use LinkedIn like a real pro, how to write convincing job offers and how to negotiate professionally. Semester two will teach you all about customer interviewing techniques, sales negotiations, key account management and closing deals. WORK Parallel to your apprenticeship, you will begin working at Nalys Belgium. At first, you will work as a Recruiter. By the end of the process depending on your preference, you will be an accomplished Business Manager or Talent Acquisition Specialist. You will interface on a daily basis with our teams of Business Developers, Senior Recruiters and our clients. On the professional side, for example, think about research, pre- and post-interview discussions and handling feedback. On the client side, for example, you can think about intake interviews to determine the goals, employment conditions wishes and personal characteristics, skills and expertise of the ideal professional. Depending on your ambitions, you will develop further during this program, e.g. in coaching our Consultants at client sites, managing relationships, developing existing partnerships and/or acquiring new Clients. You also have the opportunity to become a Senior Manager/Recruiter if you thrive in recruiting activities.
