You will be involved across cutting edge projects and be the point of contact for different subcontractors. Our Procurement Manager will manage the subcontractor relations and take appropriate actions as soon as a subcontractor would deviate from the contract. You work in close collaboration with technical experts and Project managers to minimize impact and ensure a smooth delivery of your projects.   Responsibilities Acts as first point of contact for subcontractors or suppliers: manages smooth exchange of information and monitors progress in collaboration with the project team. Ensures that all subcontractors are under contract. You will take the lead in collaboration with the Contract Manager to draft contracts and start successful negotiations. Makes sure that all parties reach clear agreements regarding : deliverables, pricing, delivery time and documentation. In case of irregularities the Procurement Manager steps up and actively searches for solutions to minimize impact and risk. You will follow up until all solutions are implemented. Organizes process meetings with external partners and takes appropriate action. Manages subcontractors in accordance with our EN9100 process P04.   Requirements Master’s degree (or equivalent experience) in an engineering or scientific discipline with 3+ years of relevant experience. Experience with subcontractor management in a technical setting. Fluency in English. Ability to clearly define approaches and objectives. Good communication skills at all levels. Knowledge and experience in project management processes and methodologies. Demonstrated ability to work independently, as well as in a team, and to deliver high quality outputs in a timely manner. Driven problem solver   Preferred skills/experience/knowledge: A love for space is considered a big plus.
