Als agile coach help je de organisatie van mindset te veranderen. Zo wordt het mogelijk om op een lean en agile manier te werken en het product operating model in de praktijk om te zetten:

Je werkt nauw samen met je stakeholders om samen te ontdekken wat de beste aanpak zou zijn, waarbij je de juiste balans vindt tussen afstemming op de specifieke omgeving en ervoor zorgt dat alles past binnen het geheel. Indien nodig ondersteun je anderen bij het kiezen van de juiste agile frameworks, hoe ze moeten beginnen en hoe ze problemen kunnen oplossen die voortkomen uit conflicten in toepassing, cultuur en praktijk. Je biedt begeleiding en methoden aan de teams, coacht mensen in hun nieuwe rollen en zorgt ervoor dat ze de juiste tools hebben om de best mogelijke keuzes te maken en het team in dezelfde richting te sturen. Je zorgt voor richtlijnen en minimaliseert beperkingen. Je helpt complexiteit binnen teams op te lossen door hen aan te moedigen en te ondersteunen bij het uitvoeren van experimenten en het testen van hypothesen, en zorgt voor terugkoppelingslussen om besluitvorming te stimuleren en te ondersteunen. Je stimuleert culturele verandering door een flexibele mindset te bevorderen en te koesteren. Je geeft opleidingen en workshops over specifieke onderwerpen om agile methoden gemakkelijk aan het team aan te leren. We moedigen je sterk aan om het leuk te maken. Je draagt actief bij aan de OKR's die we onszelf als Agile Chapter stellen. We geloven sterk in verschillende soorten organisatie, gericht op gespreid leiderschap en het omvormen tot een lerende organisatie. We experimenteren momenteel met een nieuwe governance-aanpak, gebaseerd op verschillende patronen uit sociocratie 3.0. Je bent een sparringpartner voor je collega's en gaat samen altijd op zoek naar wat de volgende stap is: hoe worden we beter, leveren we sneller, bieden we meer waarde voor onze klanten terwijl we iedereen helpen te groeien en plezier te hebben. Je kunt een tijdje nauw samenwerken met bepaalde teams of meer transversaal werken met anderen, of een combinatie van beide, afhankelijk van de huidige noden.

Jouw profiel

Je leeft volgens de agile waarden en principes, wat ook terug te zien is in je persoonlijke leven. Je bent een goede luisteraar. Je hebt sterke vaardigheden in coaching, mentoring, training, counseling en facilitering, en je weet wanneer je welke houding moet aannemen. Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring met het implementeren van agile technieken en frameworks in verschillende werkculturen en omgevingen. Je bent een uitstekende observator, je kunt de sfeer en de mensen in de ruimte goed aanvoelen. Je kan anderen inspireren en enthousiasmeren voor een gemeenschappelijk doel. Je spreekt vloeiend Engels; aanvullende taalvaardigheden in het Nederlands, Duits of Frans zijn een pluspunt. Je bent bereid om 2-3 dagen per week op locatie te werken en af en toe naar Brussel/Berlijn te reizen (op kwartaalbasis).

Aanbod

Salaris : Competitief loonpakket, representatievergoeding, eindejaarspremie, dubbel vakantiegeld, maaltijdcheques (€8 per werkdag), ecocheques, sport & cultuur cheques, bonussen op basis van individuele en collectieve resultaten. Vakantie : Je hebt recht op 20 verlofdagen en 5 compensatieverlofdagen, 6 lokale dagen, 4 kaderdagen (na 1 jaar in dienst) en tot maximum 5 anciënniteitsdagen (1 dag per 3 jaar in dienst). Sociaal fonds : Sinterklaas -en eindejaarcheques, premie voor geboorte of huwelijk, en bij de aanschaf van een bril, gebitsprothese of andere soortgelijke behoeften vergoeden we een deel van de kosten. Communicatie : Je ontvangt een iPhone met abonnement (ook voor privégebruik), terugbetaling internet en laptop. PC privé plan : een ter beschikking gesteld budget per 3 jaar voor PC/tablet met software & randapparatuur voor privégebruik. Kortingen : Je geniet 30% korting op je gas- en elektriciteitsrekening. Mobiliteit : We bieden je een bedrijfswagen en openbaar vervoer of mobiliteitsbudget Elia aandelen : Elia biedt je de mogelijkheid om in te schrijven op aandelen met een korting van 16.66% op de gemiddelde koers van het aandeel.
